This year, Sparkling Solutions Ltd have picked Radstock Junior Club, run by Mencap, as their chosen charity, for personal connections within the company. Money was raised by holding coffee mornings, raffles and a summer barbeque with staff, family members and friends.

Radstock Junior Club is a social club for children and young adults aged eleven to 21 with learning or physical disabilities, and aims to offer a range of fun, exciting and stimulating activities.The club have a varied programme of activities – each term incorporating a wide-variety of music, dance, craft, cooking, themed sessions, trips out and more. The group love to be out and about in the community, accessing local facilities and practising independence and life skills.

Nicky Albrow, Radstock Juniors Leader, said: “We are incredibly appreciative of any donations of funding towards our group. This allows us to provide a more enriched programme of activities, and we have allocated some of the money donated by Sparkling Solutions to taking the members away to a residential camp next year. This is always such a wonderful experience for our members, full of fun and lifelong memories!
