CHARITY Resource, based on Westfield Trading Estate, has once again enlisted the support of staff and suppliers to donate Easter Eggs and other treats for local children supported by the Southside Family Project.

Charity Resource works with charities across the UK to provide cost-effective printed items. They forged a link with Southside Family Project last year.

Rachel Quick, account manager for Charity Resource, said: “Working with and for Southside Project has been an honour. The teams are amazing and provide such important support and help to local families. It is a simple thing that we do, however, it makes a huge difference. Once again, the response has been amazing.”

Southside Family Project provides targeted and specialist support for families affected by domestic violence and abuse across the Bath and North East Somerset area. Southside’s services are inclusive and work with the whole family. Their workers develop a safety and support plan with the individual and support them throughout.

The service provides on-to-one outreach support which is critical to help them at times of crisis and to safeguard their children.

Charity Resource will be visiting the Writhlington Hub on Wednesday, March 27, to deliver the Easter treats and meet the families that directly benefit from the support.
