Do you have an iPad, Android tablet or smartphone that you would like to make better use of?

Wellbeing Courses are running free iPad, Android tablet and Smartphone courses in Midsomer Norton and Southdown in Bath, especially aimed at older learners. It is never too late to learn.

Improve your wellbeing by meeting new people, help keep your brain active and learn new skills to help you stay independent and connected. The emphasis is on enjoyment and the pace is relaxed, with time for a chat and refreshments in the break.

The courses are aimed at complete beginners or those who aren’t really sure what they are doing. They will help you gain confidence using your device, and learn basics such as connecting to Wi-Fi, finding things on the internet, using email and taking photos. The Smartphone Beginners course is for iPhones or Android smartphones, to help you get to grips your device.

You will need to bring your own tablet or smartphone that is set up and ready to use. To be eligible you need to live in B&NES or be registered with a GP that is in B&NES.
