Vice-Chair of Westfield Parish Council and Chair of the Westfield Neighbourhood Plan Working Group, Cllr Ron Hopkins, was delighted to present certificates and prizes to eleven children of Westfield Primary School, who took part in a competition to

design a logo for the Neighbourhood Plan.

Presenting the prizes at the Year 5 and 6 School Assembly, Cllr Hopkins described the Neighbourhood Plan and commended the children on their involvement in the community and the quality of their artwork.

“They were all so good, we could not pick a winner, so we are using them all,” he said.

The logos will be displayed on all correspondence and documents which go out for the Neighbourhood Plan, which will span the next two to three years.
