New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to three of Bath and North East Somerset’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

The following ratings have been given to three restaurants, cafes or canteens:
• Rated 4: Chew Valley Animal Park at Chew Valley Animal Park Unregistered Address, Chew Hill, Chew Magna, Bristol; rated on August 7
• Rated 3: Caffe Nero at 21 - 22 High Street, City Centre, Bath, Bath And North East Somerset; rated on August 7
• Rated 3: The Abbey Deli at Elton House, 2 Abbey Street, City Centre, Bath; rated on August 7
It means that of Bath and North East Somerset's 404 similar establishments with ratings, 249 (62%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
