People living in Peasedown St John and the surrounding areas have had the opportunity to take part in some creative glass workshops at the Hive Community Centre.

The workshops, run by local artist Tracey Quinn, have explored different ways that glass can be used for different purposes.

Tracey said: “Glass can be used in so many creative ways and is accessible for all crafting abilities. The workshops have shown how glass can be used to create Christmas bunting, festive wreaths from bottles and pretty angels that can sit on your Christmas tree at home!

“Thanks to everyone who attended these workshops, we’ve had a lot of fun over the last few weeks.”

Centre Manager, Lucy Day, added: “We’re really grateful to Tracey for running these workshops at the Hive, they’ve been really popular!”
