Raffle tickets have gone on sale to raise funds for comforts, amenities and activities for patients on the John Stacey Ward at Paulton Hospital.

The ward is a 28 bed rehabilitation unit which serves the local community and supports the RUH and Southmead hospitals. A long stay in hospital can sometimes become very distressing, so it is hoped that activities planned can help to relieve anxiety, stimulate the mind, give patients a sense of worth and encourage people to interact with one another.

Tickets can be purchased from the main reception at Paulton Hospital on weekdays at £1 per strip. The draw will take place on 17th December.
