On Sunday, 16th April, there will be a conducted walk with the Somersetshire Coal Canal Society alongside the Kennet and Avon Canal in Bath, led by Mike Chapman, to explore the features from Sydney Gardens to Bathampton.

Next week, on Thursday, 20th April, the SCCS will be holding another meeting at Radstock Working Men’s Club, commencing at 7.30 p.m., when Roger Halse will give an illustrated talk entitled ‘The Radstock Branch – Coal Canal and Tramway.’
