Kilver Court Gardens in Shepton Mallet will open for the National Garden Scheme, which raises money for nursing and health charities, thanks to garden owners, volunteers and visitors.

The gardens will open on Thursday, 6th May from 10 am, where visitors can explore the formal and informal gardens, wander by the millpond and enjoy the Chelsea Flower Show Gold Medal winning rockery, where a gushing stream flows from pool to pool and waterfalls into the lake. All this set against the stunning backdrop of Charlton Viaduct with the recently planted herbaceous border beyond.

There are some slopes, the rockery is not accessible for wheelchair users but can be viewed from the garden. Last entry into the garden is 4.30pm to give you ample time to sit and enjoy the gardens which close at 5.30pm. There is no need to book in advance, admission is £7.50, children under 16 with an adult will have free entry. All admission money is donated to the National Garden Scheme.
