The High Littleton and Hallatrow Yarnbombers have been busy creating twenty different Fairytales which will be on display from Sunday, 11th August until Friday, 30th August throughout the two villages.

The trail is supporting the 23rd Village Day, which is on Saturday, 24th August from 12 noon until 5 p.m. There is a form which will be available in the shops, cafés, pubs etc. in the villages, or can be downloaded at: hlhvillageday.weebly.com.

The Parish Council have kindly sponsored the trail, so there is a £25 cash prize. The winning entry will be drawn on Village Day.

The ladies have been really busy all year making the clues to the twenty Fairytales. Hand knitting, crocheting and this year, some machine knitting, has helped create the woolly trail.

We are hoping that it will be a fun thing for people to do and see the fantastic things that have been made. Somebody asked me if we had kept a note of all the hours that it has taken to make this possible, and I could only laugh!

We meet every two weeks, and have all enjoyed creating the pieces. Thank you to everybody who has been involved.
