Who’s afraid of the Big Bad Wolf? Well, the Timsbury Theatre Group certainly aren’t!
This popular theatre group’s 2018 pantomime, Little Red Riding Hood, takes to the stage at the Conygre Hall in Timsbury for five performances, starting on Wednesday, 12th December through to Saturday, 15th December with two shows on the Saturday.
Little Red Riding Hood tells the story of Rosie, who every year receives a birthday gift of a red riding hood from her Grannie Grabbit. When the evil Count De Cash turns up to warn everyone that the Wolf is on the loose, the plot unfolds with all the traditional elements you would expect in this fun-packed pantomime.
It is the second time the Timsbury Theatre Group have presented Little Red Riding Hood, having premiered the script from Somerset-based writer, Paul Reakes, in the past. This updated script promises to have you rocking with laughter with references to current events and celebs, as well as drawing on the local area for well-timed gags.
This award-winning group always pride themselves with putting on a colourful and musical pantomime just before Christmas, which has become known as a “must see” event for the whole family.
