A team of runners from Touchstone will be taking part in the Bath Half Marathon this week to raise funds for local charity Developing Health & Independence (DHI). DHI is the Bath-based charity who help people out of the cycle of homelessness, social isolation and drug or alcohol misuse. DHI turn the lives around of 8,000 disadvantaged people in the South West. Touchstone with its head office in Bath are keen to help their local community within the place that they work and live in.

Touchstone, the specialist property management firm, recently worked with DHI to refurbish an empty property for a family of Syrian refugees.
Touchstone employee Oli Marshall said “As soon as I heard Touchstone were participating for DHI I felt a real urge to get involved. The help they provide to vulnerable people in the local community is invaluable and makes a real difference to people’s lives.”
The team of nine runners have demonstrated their passion for DHI; training in tough conditions, conquering the gale force winds and rain brought by Storm Dennis.
