‘Local story writer and storyteller Drift Snowbarger has a story ‘Home Town’ published in the new edition of ‘Back Street Heroes’, a national magazine about custom motorbikes.

‘On a cold grey afternoon in November 1983, I walked into my local newsagents and picked up the first ever issue of Back Street Heroes’ Drift recalls. ‘I was blown away! Photos of amazing bikes and fiction by Jim Fogg - not about bikes in sunny California, but about bikes in grey, damp Britain - and the stories accompanied by Louise Limb’s amazing illustrations.

‘I never thought that nearly forty years later I’d have a story published. Back Street Heroes have given me a four page spread and two of Louise Limb’s stunning, highly detailed illustrations picking up elements from my story. I am ridiculously pleased!’
