The ever-popular tradition of Wassailing returned to Midsomer Norton on Saturday, 4th February with crowds lining the streets to see the colourful costumes and participate in some traditional fun.

Unit 14, on Midsomer Norton High Street, offered free activities for residents to take part in, including creating bird boxes for the Town Park and making their very own wassail nature crowns to wear in the procession.
The afternoon was full of entertainment with the Master of Ceremonies, Trevor Hughes, the Cam Valley Morris Men and the Langport Mummers leading the procession to the Town Park, followed by morris dancing, folk music and, of course, the wassail ceremony.
