Needles found near a primary school in Radstock have prompted calls on residents and parents to be aware when letting children and pets play around the Tyning Batch area of the town.

Local police have issued a statement saying: “Anyone who witnesses drug dealing or taking in public places are encouraged to report these incidents to the police by calling 999 as it happens.”
