An application for an apartment block in Odd Down has been submitted which includes no extra parking spaces for residents.
The application is to demolish an office on Upper Bloomfield Road, including an existing one bedroom flat, leaving a forecourt with space for three cars, to build an apartment block comprising of ten studio flats, but includes no additional parking spaces. Instead, developers are including cycle spaces. Residents are now concerned about where the extra cars will go and if there will be continuous parking problems, should the development go ahead.
