Hope House Surgery is waiting to hear if planning permission for a brand new Doctor’s Surgery, Children’s Centre, Library and Community Kitchen will be granted at Waterloo Road, Radstock.

B&NES Council’s Development Control Committee next meet on Wednesday, 23rd August with plans potentially due to be discussed then. The site has been controversial due to access issues, and residents have campaigned for other sites to be looked at. A study into the options available had identified Waterloo Road as the best deliverable site and Hope House now need planning permission quickly to guarantee Government money, without which the build cannot proceed.
