Children from Welton Primary School met Colin and Juliet Moore and Colin's Guide Dog, Davy, last Wednesday morning and were able to ask questions about eight-year-old Davy's special skills.
Both Juliet and Colin told the children about the charity and how Davy enriches their lives and were presented with a cheque for £162 for Guide Dogs, which the children had raised by coming to school in mufti. The couple are from the Midsomer Norton and Frome Branch of Guide Dogs, which began eighteen months ago and visited the school as part of National Guide Dog Week, which ran from 4th – 12th October.
