There will be a ‘Fraud and Scam’ workshop at Age UK B&NES’ Midsomer Norton Hub, Orchard Hall, on Tuesday, 14th November, at 11.30 a.m.

The workshop, run by Santander Bank, will look at all types of fraud and scams, and will be open to any member of the public, not just members of the Age UK B&NES Hub.

Cassandra Pocock, from Santander, said: “Hundreds of people fall victim of fraud every day, and we want to help people to be aware of these risks and protect themselves from fraudsters operating online, by phone or face-to-face. This short, forty-minute workshop provides key information on what to look out for, and what to do if you become a victim.”
