As The Journal went to press this week, information received has shown that local MP, Jacob Rees-Mogg, has written to the Secretary of State, Eric Pickles, asking him to call-in the Radstock Railway Land application decision, which saw permission granted for the outline regeneration scheme and a full application for Zone Two on 29th January. If the call-in goes ahead, an Inspector would carry out an inquiry, reporting back to the Secretary of State, who will make a decision based on these findings.
