A Somerset restaurant has been handed a new zero-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
Surma Tandoori Indian Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 148 East Reach, Taunton, Somerset was given the minimum score after assessment on August 10, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Somerset's 949 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 790 (83%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
