Mr David Parker led Tabour Independent Methodist Church Service on 11th June, his theme being Pilgrimage. He demonstrated how Pilgrimages mentioned in the Bible related to how we live our lives today.

Sunday, 18th June was the usual Café Church which is held fortnightly. Mr & Mrs G Shute and Mrs C Maundrill would welcome anyone who wishes to attend this very informal Café Style Church commencing at 11 a.m. with a short, approximately. 20 minutes Act of Worship; tea/coffee will be served.

The Service scheduled for 25th June has, unfortunately, been cancelled.

Tabor is a collection point for the local Foodbank and donations can be left at the Church on any Sunday when the Church is open.

All donations will be collected on the 4th Sunday of the month and taken to the Foodbank’s warehouse.

The Tabor Ringers recently entertained the residents at Combe Lea Midsomer Norton with a selection of music and singing.

The group are holding a 30th Anniversary Concert at Tabor on 16th July at 3 p.m when they would welcome former players and local residents.

Light refreshments and an Anniversary cake will be served at the end of the Concert.

If you would like the Ringers to entertain your group please contact Mrs Barb Spalding on (01761) 752177.

There is no charge but a donation is appreciated.
