The host of a Belarussian child for the Wells-based charity, Children of Chernobyl Fund Wells area, is appealing for good quality, second-hand clothing for a group of 7 – 11 year-olds and their families who will be visiting the Wells area from Belarus until 21st July.

The idea is for the children to be able to take home much needed clothing for themselves and their families, donated by local people. Dr Mark Bale, who is involved with the charity, (reg. 1048219) and works for SunChemical at Norton Hill, is offering to collect from local schools or for donations to be dropped off at his place of work.
