Temporary road closure

Bath and North East Somerset Council has issued a temporary road closure on Priston Lane in Marksbury, from a point next to the property known as Sunnyview.

The closure is required to allow Bristol Water to install a new water connection on Wednesday, December 17. Although the order lasts for a maximum of six months, the road will only be closed when necessary to carry out the works, which are expected to take three days.

While the closure is in place, traffic should follow the alternative route: Priston Lane (remainder) – Mollifriend Lane – A39 – Priston Lane, and vice versa.
