On Sunday we welcomed our new Minister Rev. David Winstanley. 

His reflection was based on the Scripture story of the women caught in the act of adultery. We enjoyed a cup of tea in the hall after the service for an informal chat, although David is no stranger to us as he has been in the Circuit for a number of years. 

The group sessions that meet in the Church will be back after the summer break. Friday club from 2-4pm will welcome the “Singing Guitars”. 

Please come along for an afternoon of fun entertainment. 

Saturday afternoon we will be holding our annual fundraiser for SWALLOW who help and support teenagers and adults with learning difficulties to lead independent lives. We will be serving High Teas from 2-5pm priced at £8. 

The hamper raffle held over August raised £250 for Macmillan and was won by Rosemary Burchill.
