Not only is there a large main marquee with over seven hundred exhibits of flowers, vegetables, cookery, crafts, children’s classes and much more, but there will also be a selection of food stalls, teas, coffee, cold drinks and fresh homemade cakes, plus a licensed bar, along with live music playing throughout the afternoon and into the evening from two bands, Rebel Brass and The Lucky Pierres.

Why not wander around the fifty or more stalls, selling many different items such as plants for your garden, hand crafted jewelry, wooden craftwork, giftware, hook a duck, tombola, sweets and candy floss, as well as children’s rides. You are bound to pick up a great buy, or why not have a chat with Somer Valley FM and make a song request for someone special.

Then take a step back in time and look at the Classic Cars, Tractors and Motor Bikes. A blast from the past and rekindle memories of yesteryear.

This year’s entertainment will have something for everyone, Ferret racing, Clutton’s Strongest Person Competition, Jonny G Children’s Entertainer & Magician, a Disney Princess who loves storytelling, Fun Dog Show, Dog Agility Show, Horse Displays and our main attraction, Historia Normannis, a medieval reenactment group.

Why not engage with the local history of the 12th century, wander around the medieval village/encampment, seeing, feeling and hearing 1st hand aspects of the lives of Knights, Craftspeople, Courtiers and Barons of the realm – A history lesson that you will never forget!
