The community came together last weekend to enjoy the revival of Midsomer Norton’s ‘Wassail’ ceremony.
Throughout the morning families attended ‘Crown making’ craft workshops at the Town Hall before over 150 joined a parade through the High Street to the Town Park.
The event then finished at the Town Park for a mini market of local crafters and traders, as well as music and dance performances, notably from the Cam Valley Morris Men – who were joined by enthusiastic members of the public.
A fantastic time was had by all and the Community Trust, who organised the event, thank the groups, sponsors and volunteers who made the day possible.
