Would some grant funding help you develop a voluntary activity in Westfield?

Westfield Parish Council has extended the deadline for grant applications to Monday, 13th October.

Committed to enhancing the life of the Parish in as wide a variety of ways as possible, Westfield Parish Council supports local organisations with grant funding of up to £1,000, with larger amounts available in exceptional circumstances. Whether you are a new group, or a well-established organisation, all applications will be carefully considered.

The Parish Council had some great feedback from previous grant recipients. Westhill Sports Club saw almost immediate benefit from the CCTV system bought with the aid of a grant from Westfield Parish Council. The Community Bus and Wansdyke Play Association used funds to provide holiday playscheme events, whilst Radstock Baptist Church replaced stolen lead from its roof, 1st Radstock Scouts invested in internal storage improvements and St Peter's Playgroup were able to buy forty new child-sized chairs. These are just a few of the many projects and organisations that were supported in 2013/14.
