On Wednesday, Prattens’ Men’s team played against Purnell in the MSL (Mid-Somerset League) and lost by 66 shots to 41 but scored their first point of the season in this competition, drawing on one rink while losing on two rinks and overall.

They set off to Purnell on Thursday to play in the Senior Fours Competition where they came away victorious with a score of 13–7. Friday evening saw the Mixed team travel to Wyrral Park in the MMSL and won on two rinks and overall taking twelve points out of fourteen for the match.

Also on Wednesday, Lyn and Richard Brimble won at Frome Selwood in the County Mixed Doubles Competition.

Like the previous Saturday, this week Prattens played the early rounds of a club competition with the chosen competition being, on this occasion, the Mixed Pairs.

This coming week sees several more games, including Men’s Top Club at Home to Clarence Park A on Wednesday, a Mixed game at Paulton on Thursday and a MMSL game at Street on Friday before holding a Club Fun Day on Saturday which will include a barbeque and various activities in the evening.
