Saturday, 22nd April we welcomed Frys BC to our green for the traditional first game of the season allas Frys won by six shots but the weather held up until the last end.

On Sunday some fifty six members and guests attended Presidents Day. We were worried that the afternoon would be a washout considering the weather forecast but lo and behold it turned out to be a dry day, alibet a bit cold (the sun shines on the righteous).

It was a pleasure to welcome four new bowlers Barbara, Janet, Mike and Roger judging by their performance we have found four good bowlers to bolster our club.

The presentations were made after a lovely buffet laid on by Shirley, Tracey, Kirsty, Kim and Nathan. Thanks to Paul for organising the event and Gerald for keeping us well watered, thanks to all for a lovely afternoon.
