Rain rarely stops play at Camvale Tennis Club! It was typical then that it was raining when a group of young tennis players turned out to thank their coach, who is retiring.

Brian Wessell has been teaching tennis to youngsters at the club in all weathers for nearly twenty years.

Many have benefitted from his advice and expertise and will have fond memories of games of chicken run and the boxes of broken biscuits he produced at the popular holiday tennis camps! The children of Paulton have been lucky to have such a kind and dedicated coach.

New coach, Ben Hardwick, has now taken over the kids’ tennis coaching on Saturday mornings and the summer tennis camp schedule has begun with some spaces still available.
