The Midsomerset League have seven teams through to the next round of the Somerset County Intermediate Cup.

Bath Villa ran riot, scoring eleven goals past Parson St Old Boys, Belrose were also high scoring, netting eight at home against Nether Stowey Tigers, Coleford Res have to thank Aaron Blacker and Macauley Fisher for getting the goals that beat Charlton United. Peasedown Albion progress in the cup after beating Merriott Dynamoes at home 5-0, their scorers were Stuart Seviour, Rico Sobers, Jack Hemmings and two from Dan Hucker.

Clutton scored ten away at Sporting Club, Farrington also won away 4-2 at West Wick and Weston Bath just got past Meadow by a solitary goal to nil.

Frome Collegians continue their good start to the season in the Premier Division with a 2-0 home win against Mells, on the mark for them was Adam Lock. Coleford are competing well again in the league, winning away at Purnell Res 4-1, scorers Jack Davis, Clinton Hartley, Lance Cray and Charlie Walton. Two goals from Dean Harding of Radstock A were enough to beat Temple Cloud, they could only reply with a goal from Ben Jefferies. Dan Linham’s hat trick set up a home win for Victoria Sports, 4-2, against Wells A. Tom Ball was the other scorer for the home team. Westhill beat Westfield Res 1-0 at home, netting their goal was Seth Reid.

The First Division saw Chew Magna Res, at home, beat Chilcompton Res 7-2 and Somer had a good home win 3-0 against Pilton.

In the Second Division, Peasedown Albion Res won away at Wessex, 4-1, thanks to a Tom Pielesz hat trick and a goal from Aaron Vine.

Timsbury A lost at home in the Third Division, 2-0, to Purnell A. Westfield A, netting goals from Taylor Parfitt and Sam Millard, beat Glastonbury, 2-1, their scorer, Liam Ward.
