MIDSOMER Norton bounced back to winning form with a 31-24 home victory over Bridgwater & Albion in Counties One Western North.

It was their sixth victory in ten matches and it ended a run of two successive defeats.

In the Match of the Day, Nailsea & Backwell maintained their 100 per cent record and moved to the top of the table after beating leaders Dings Crusaders 17-15 in a thriller.

Midsomer Norton play their last match of the year in the league when they play away to Old Bristolians on Saturday, December 20.
