Bishop Sutton AFC welcomed two local sides to their ground for the Division Two League Cup Final on 18th April, with the two at the top of the table battling it out – AFC Brislington and Radstock Town Reserves.

The match started with both teams trying to break the wall to score a goal that happened first in the 47th minute from a strike from Nathan Townsley for Radstock.

It wasn’t long after for Radstock to score another, when a screamer of of shot came from Ellis McDonald to make it 2–0.

It was looking good for Radstock until a goal came from Brislington’s Rich Duffy in the 73rd minute and another in the 83rd minute from Captain, Ben Carter.

It was now 2–2 and very tense for both teams. In the 92nd minute, with seconds to go, Brislington scored the winner from Zak Frazer. It was shattering times for Radstock, but they move onwards and upwards.
