With most games postponed due to the heavy downpour over the Easter weekend, teams across the area will certainly be praying for sunnier spells this weekend and beyond.

On Saturday, 7th April, Paulton Rovers entertain Kidlington at Winterfield Road; kick-off: 3 p.m., followed by another home game on Tuesday, 11th April against AFC Totton; kick-off: 7.30 p.m.

Good Friday was set to see local rivals, Radstock Town and Welton Rovers face each other for the second time this season, but the match was cancelled due to the unplayable pitch conditions that has seen many a game postponed this season.

Welton Rovers’ home draw against Devizes Town on Easter Monday was also cancelled, with the first team now set to play Portishead Town away on 7th April; kick-off: 3 p.m. Meanwhile, also on 7th April, Radstock Town are fixed to play Bristol Telephones at home; kick-off: 3 p.m. Peasedown Albion face Chew Magna Reserves on 7th April at home; kick-off: 2 p.m.

In Rugby, Midsomer Norton’s match against Winscombe was called off on Saturday due to the extremely heavy rain. The First Team are fixed to play Oldfield Old Boys on Saturday, 7th April, followed by Avonmouth Old Boys on Saturday, 14th April. The grounds for both games have yet to be confirmed.

On Wednesday, 4th April, the Bath Combination Cup Semi-Final versus Keynsham has been arranged for a 7.30 p.m. kick-off away at Keynsham’s ground. On 7th April, Midsomer Norton and Oldfield Old Boys’ Second Teams will also face each other; ground and kick-off to be confirmed. Finally, on Saturday, 14th April, Midsomer Norton’s Third Team are set to face Taunton Thirds; ground and kick-off to be confirmed.
