Played by the Senior Section on an annual basis, the Wally Sage Trophy is always fully-subscribed.
A larger-than-life character, Wally (who passed away some thirteen years ago) was always willing to talk, inevitably never a quick word. Jean, his widow, still continues to play at Farrington Park and presented the trophy to this year’s winners, Jeff Bruton, Peter Barnes and Andy Smart.
