All things 'horsey' will be happening at the third Haydon Gymkhana, held on Bank Holiday Monday, 27th August at Haydon Village Hall.
The event will feature clear round, gymkhana games and handy pony, all starting at 12 noon, plus pony fancy dress at 2 p.m. There will be a bar, barbecue, face painting, ice cream and much more.
Nicky Kingman, organiser of the event, said: "I would like to thank our sponsors, Mendip Equestrian, Tapson, Haydon Gate MOT, Norton Garden Machinery of Kilmersdon, Mr P. Simmons Engineering and Top Notch Rosettes.
"If anyone would like to help with marshalling or setting up, or would like to know more about the event, please contact me on: 01761 420806 or 07855 398007."
The event will be raising money for the Trails Trust, a charity which aims to create multi-user public rights of way, working with local Councils, farmers and other landowners.
