This important annual event was held in the Winterfield Suite on Friday, 17th May.
The following awards made:
Manager's Player – Dane Edwards (Captain)
Player's Player – Josh Collins
Most Improved Player – Niall Taylor
The awards were presented by Chairman, Dave Bissex and the management team of Lorne Wilkinson and Paul Edwards. For the first time this included the award of a medal to those (fortunately very few!) who will be too old to play next season.
There was also a presentation of a clock to retiring Secretary, Andy Harris.
Preparing for next season
Brandon Barnes and Stuart Pearson have both committed to Paulton Rovers for next season. Manager, Nick Bunyard, said: "Both have been stand out performers in our push for the play-offs. They are young and improving and will go on to achieve great things if they keep working hard."
He added: "It is great news that we are keeping them at the club for another season and hopefully they will be able to help us to have another great campaign."
Bunyard and his Assistant Manager, Paul Milsom, are continuing to speak to the current players and potential new signings and hopes to have news over the coming week.
