On 21st November seventeen of Prattens Bowls Club lady members once again gathered at the Court Hotel for their annual, end-of-year celebration.
This represents approximately 70% of the lady membership of the club (those ladies love to party!).
The conservatory was decorated for the Christmas season with a beautifully arranged table complete with crackers and party poppers.
All of the ladies enjoyed an excellent meal in a light-hearted atmosphere with plenty of fun and laughter and finished off with mince pies and truffles.
The party poppers were saved for the after meal session and with members unwilling to end the party and go home the fun continued until late in the evening.
Prattens' next social event will be at the bowls clubhouse on Thursday 13th December for the club Christmas party which will include a quiz and other activities. The fun will start at 7.30 for 8.00 p.m. and members and friends are invited to bring a plate of festive food and drink (and something for the draw).
