The Mid-Somerset Football League is celebrating two prestigious awards – after their clubs, Tunley and Temple Cloud, have received the Groundsman of the Year Award.
Brian Moore, from Tunley, came in first place in Somerset, and Roy Chivers, of Temple Cloud, was runner-up. Their trophies were presented to them by Brian Wells, Somerset FA Chairman of the County Cups Committee and President of the Mid-Somerset Football League, and Bryn Hawkins, Chairman of the Mid-Somerset Football League.
Brian congratulated both men and thanked them for all the hard work they have put in over many years and hoped they would continue long into the future.
