Dav set off from Ashton Gate, home of Bristol Bears RFC and walked all the way to Bath RFC at the Rec, and then on to his home club in Midsomer Norton. Not the flattest of walking routes, he managed to avoid Dunkerton Hill and the danger of the A367 with no pavements by completing the final leg via the longer route of Wellow and Shoscombe on the cycle path.

Eight hours and twenty four minutes later, Dav completed his fundraiser for the club to provide kit for the Juniors in their upcoming season.

He was welcomed back to the club by two of their very happy players (pictured).
