Avon and Somerset Police are appealing for witnesses following a robbery at Oriental Rugs of Bath in Wells Road Trading Estate,

Hallowtrow, on Friday, 27th April.

At around 4 p.m., two men and two women threatened staff with a metal bar. The offenders stole an oriental rug and then left the scene in a blue and white Vauxhall Astra.

It is believed the same group attempted to commit a theft at Tesco in Paulton about ten minutes earlier.
