The Paulton KIT Club met in August and enjoyed a trip down memory lane courtesy of John Penny, who showed film archive footage of the great British seaside holiday during the 1930s to 1990s.

It was a nostalgic trip for most of us showing holidays spent at Weymouth, Weston-super-Mare, Burnham-on-Sea and Lyme Regis. The show was accompanied by music and Mr Penny’s amusing anecdotes.

We meet again on Tuesday, 27th September when we are off in the Community Bus for lunch and a trip to a garden centre. The group meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 2.30 p.m. in the Paulton Methodist Church Primary Room.
