There will be a treat for railway enthusiasts on 8th and 9th October, with a railway film show, at the Little Theatre, Bath, organised by Tim Hughes, of the Somerset and Dorset Footplate Association.
Two films will be shown on each day, the subject, S&D. Four films have been specially chosen, covering the line from Bristol Temple Meads to Bath Green Park to Bournemouth and also the branch from Evercreech Junction to Burnham-on-Sea. Films to be shown on Saturday are: Over the S&D Bristol to Bournemouth and Memories on the S&D. On Sunday, Memories of the S&D and Puffed Out. This will be the first time that these films have been shown in a cinema on the big screen.
Times of the show are Saturday, 11.20 a.m. and Sunday 12 noon. This is a one off, so don’t miss it!
