Tranquil Fields, Farrington Gurney, have been completely bowled over with the response to their bra bank, which was put in place in November.

The ladies have said that they are absolutely overwhelmed by the response they have had, managing to collect way over two hundred bras for the charity so far.

The bra bank was put into place for the charity, Against Breast Cancer, back in November, to raise funds for the research into increasing survival after a breast cancer diagnosis and to improve detection treatment.

The charity are appealing for more women to check their wardrobes and drawers for any unused or unwanted bras, to bring down to the bra bank.

The bra bank, at Tranquil Fields, is now open indefinitely, so it is never too late to go, and help out some ladies in need.
