Seb, a clever black greyhound who loves to learn has been in a desperate search for a home he can call his own for some time now, but sadly has had no luck so far.
This young, nineteen-month-old greyhound is being looked after locally by the rescue charity, Forever Hounds Trust.
Volunteers at the charity have been quick to fall in love with this striking dog, but are keen to find him a home to call his own and begin a new adventure before Christmas.
Seb is a very intelligent young dog and has enjoyed learning new tricks, especially when rewarded with a tasty treat.
Emily Burns-Sweeney, Director of Homing and Kennelling for Forever Hounds Trust, says: “Seb is an incredibly handsome dog and has the most amazing amber eyes. He really is mesmerising to look at. Seb has been with us for a while now, and in that time he has learnt a lot about life as a pet dog.
"He’s now ready to move on and find a home he can call his own and will make someone a wonderful companion animal. It’s possible that Seb could live with another dog, and we are always happy to offer support with introducing a new dog to your home.”
Emily adds: “Christmas is a time when we all like to be at home surrounded by our family, and it’s no different for Seb. Clearly, we would never suggest anyone gets a dog for Christmas, but offering Seb a home now could see him settled and happy before the festive season really begins.”
The Forever Hounds Trust is a charity dedicated to rescuing and rehoming greyhounds and lurchers in need. Seb is one of many dogs currently in their care that are in desperate need of a home to call their own.
