After November’s ‘essentials only’ lockdown market, we will be back to full strength for our Christmas event on Saturday, 5th December with an amazing array of food, drink, festive confectionary, seasonal plants, Christmas wreaths and newcomer, Bristol Woodturning, so there will be plenty of gift-buying opportunities.

New stall holders, Dorset Dairy, were hugely popular last month, with their range of yoghurts, milk, cream and cultured butter – possibly the most delicious butter we have ever tasted!

We will also be showing off our new Somerset Farmers’ Market branding on our 2021 leaflets & banners, courtesy of our local sponsor, Thatcher + Hallam, who generously support the local markets in Midsomer Norton, Keynsham and Frome.

Despite the excitement of a new Covid vaccine available soon, the market itself will still be following strict guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety. We offer sanitiser and instructions on arrival, we create safe queuing areas in front of each stall and our stewards and stallholders will politely remind everyone to social distance. Similarly, the stallholders will be following strict safety guidelines and most will be offering contactless payment.

The market will take place from 9 am – 1 pm in the Hollies Gardens. Bring along lots of shopping bags – you will need them!
