There is a blockbuster double-bill of cinema at Midsomer Norton Town Hall next Saturday, 25th February, with a fantastic double bill of Finding Dory at 2.30 p.m. followed by Bridget Jones’s Baby at 7.30 p.m.
In Finding Dory, Disney and Pixar return with yet another classic with this smash hit follow-up to Finding Nemo. Dory (Ellen DeGeneres) is a wide-eyed, blue tang fish who suffers from memory loss every ten seconds or so. The one thing she can remember is that she somehow became separated from her parents as a child. With help from her friends, Nemo and Marlin, Dory embarks on an epic adventure to find them. Her journey brings her to the Marine Life Institute, a conservatory that houses diverse ocean species. Dory now knows that her family reunion will only happen if she can save mum and dad from captivity.
In Bridget Jones’s Baby, Bridget Jones (Renée Zellweger) is over forty and single again after her break-up with Mark Darcy (Colin Firth). Feeling that she has everything under control, Jones decides to focus on her career as a top news producer. Suddenly, her love life comes back from the dead when she meets a dashing and handsome American named Jack (Patrick Dempsey). Things couldn’t be better, until
Bridget discovers that she is pregnant. Now, the befuddled mum-to-be must figure out if the proud papa is Mark or Jack.
