Food hygiene ratings given to two Mendip establishments

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Mendip’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

The Venue, a pub, bar or nightclub at 42 South Street, Wells was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on June 7.

And Balmoral Catering Company, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Victoria Park, Frome was given a score of one on June 7.
