New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of North Somerset’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Kendricks Kitchen, at The Regency, 22-24 Lower Church Road, Weston-Super-Mare was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on August 21.

And Weston Fish House, at 48 Meadow Street, Weston-Super-Mare was given a score of one on August 21.

It means that of North Somerset's 288 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 202 (70%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
